Liquidation services

We are pleased to offer the liquidation services of the Russian subsidiary of your Company. Such service may be provided to our current clients as well as to other subsidiaries upon completion of our internal compliance procedure.   During the liquidation of the Russian subsidiary of you Company we may consider provision of a Liquidator function or be appointed as an authorized representative of the Russian subsidiary.
