Consent to Personal Data Processing

According to Federal law # 152-FZ ‘On Personal Data’ of July 27, 2006, if the User posts a request on site https://www.abuas.ru (hereinafter – the Site), it authorizes ABU LLC (hereinafter – the Operator, registered at Skakovaya street, 17, bld. 2, Moscow, 125040) to process any information posted on the Site. The information includes but is not limited to collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), use, distribution (including transmission), depersonalization, blocking, destruction, and any other actions with personal data, taking into account the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The User also confirms that giving such a consent, it acts voluntarily, for its own benefit or for the benefit of third parties.

Giving its consent, the User confirms that the third parties, whose data is posted on the Site, also agrees to transfer and process its personal data, and the User authorizes the Operator to perform any actions regarding personal data of the third parties required to achieve the purposes of personal data processing specified in the Policy on Personal Data Processing (link to the Policy).

The Operator presumes that it receives the consent to process personal data as soon as the User loads the data and selects option ‘Send’ located on the Site.

This consent to the personal data processing is valid until the User revokes it. Consent to the personal data processing can be revoked at any time by sending an official request to the Operator in the manner specified in the Policy on Personal Data Processing.

The Operator undertakes to call off the processing, to destroy the personal data and notify the User of the destruction within thirty working days from the date when it has received the notification about the withdrawal of the consent to process the User’s personal data.

This consent applies only to the User’s personal data posted on the Site.
