Avoid Penalties! New Reporting Rules for Companies
Starting March 1st, new requirements apply to statistical report submissions via authorized representatives. Only a machine-readable power of attorney (MRPoA) will be accepted—paper-based authorizations are no longer valid. No changes for reports signed with the General Director’s electronic signature.
If your reports are submitted by an authorized representative, ensure the following:
  • The representative has a valid MRPoA.
  • Their personal electronic signature is valid.
  • If no MRPoA has been issued, sign one with the General Director’s valid electronic signature and upload it to the tax authorities registry or via Kontur.Attorney.

Penalties for Non-Compliance (Article 13.19 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation):
  • General Director: for up to RUB 50K (approx. EUR 500).
  • Company: for up to RUB 150K (approx. EUR 1 500).
Stay compliant to avoid fines!
