The deadline for annual financial reporting is approaching, with the final filing date set for March 31, 2025

Please also remember that financial Statements are subjected to mandatory audit by an independent professional firm in certain cases.

The Audit opinion should be submitted simultaneously with Financial Statements as of 2025 or within 10 days after the Auditing firm has issued it (but still not later than December 31, 2025).

Companies subject to mandatory auditing requirements are listed in the register approved by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.

The primary criteria for conducting mandatory audits for limited liability companies:

• annual taxable income exceeding 800 million RUB  (Approx. €8.7M) in the preceding financial year;
• total assets exceeding 400 million RUB (Approx. €4.36M) by the end of the preceding financial year.
